5 dates
1 tbsp water

Useful information:
"A good chutney has to be so sweet that you can not stop, and it's so spicy that you do not eat too much," says an Indian proverb. Chutneys are an integral part of Indian and Ayurvedic cuisine and stimulate all senses with their colors and the combination of sharpness and sweetness.
This apricot date chutney is particularly rich in content as the apricots contain valuable protein, beta-carotene, magnesium, phosphorus and silicic acid. And the high potassium content has a positive effect on the drainage of the body. Apricots are particularly valuable in tissue building and blood formation, for example in pregnancy and in children.
