CRAWFISH WITH RICE dinner – 2 lg. cans diced tomatos, 1 lg. chopped onion and 1 green pepper and 1 stick of celery(optional) all sauted in 1 stick of margarine with 1 T. seafood magic seasoning (or other such as Old Bay), garlic and of course Hot Sauce added when done to your own taste! Only cook about 15 minutes or so. Everything is better with a little crunch. Serve over cooked rice. I cook 4 cups in my rice cooker. Cleaned frozen cooked crawfish tail meat at Walmarts with the frozen seafood.
